THE MORTGAGE COMPANY (TENANT IMPROVEMENT) - To finish out by modifying a shell system with Light Hazard Occupancy use for a new 3,350-ft/2 office tenant space "A" in the Holbrook Shell Building constructed under BLD05-02746. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building requires to be fully sprinklered and shall remain so. Fire sprinkler work is related to installation of new tenant demising wall, partitions to create a reception area, offices, restrooms, a conference room and an open work area, a suspended ceiling system with light fixtures, HVAC and related equipment. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02752.
