To provide total notification in the TI space. No written comments. Battery calculations appear to be sufficient. Provide revised building map, including any architectural changes to the PDS Fire Inspector at time of inspection.
The associated building permit (BLD06-00515) is to construct a retail sales tenant space within an existing 548 square foot space located on the ground floor of BODO Building #7. Work is to include 2-hr stairway enclosure walls, 2-hr stairway enclosure ceiling, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and interior finishes. The restrooms that will serve this tenant space were created within a common area of this building under permit BLD06-00473. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
