The modification to this system is the installation of a single row of sidewall sprinklers along the common walls, ceilings/floor attached between the garage and any living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
