Description |
To provide total notification in the new restrooms located to the north of the northeast existing corridor.. No written comments. Battery calculations appear to be sufficient. Provide revised building map, including any architectural changes to the PDS Fire Inspector at time of inspection.
The associated building permit (BLD06-00473) is to construct a Men's restroom and a Women's restroom on the 1st story of BODO Building #7 (117 square feet total). Both restrooms are required to be accessible to the disabled. The restrooms will be located next to a common nonrated egress corridor. The doors serving the restrooms will open directly into the corridor. These restrooms are intended to be common restrooms serving the employees and customers of retail sales tenant spaces located on the 1st story of this building and having a maximum travel distance of 500 feet to the restrooms. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
