THE NATURE CONSERVANCY & GLOBAL FIRE INITIATIVE - BANNER BANK - STE 210 - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To add 3-SSP's and relocate 7 existing SSP's for the construction of a new 2,840-ft/2 office tenant space located on the 2nd story of a 182,950-ft/2, twelve story concrete and steel framed office and retail, w/parking, high rise shell and core building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The shell fire sprinkler permit was installed under FIR05-00594. This permit is attached to building permit BLD06-01340.
