CARITTA SALON EXPANSION - HOFF BLDG - 1ST STORY - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise building. To remove 21 existing S.R., replace with new Q.R. SSP's and add 3 Q.R. SSP's for the expansion of an existing 929-ft/2 hair salon into an adjacent 571-ft/2 for a total 1,500-ft/2, located on the 1st floor a historic high rise building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new nonbearing walls and an existing restroom upgrade. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
