EL PUEBLO MEAT MARKET EXPANSION-FAIRVIEW SQUARE - To relocate 3 and remove 1 existing SSP's for the expansion of an existing 2,250-ft/2 restaurant/market, into adjacent 1,140-ft/2 space for the expansion of retail sales. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective interior non-bearing wall demolition, new interior non-bearing wall to separate two tenant spaces, the modification of an existing ceiling grid and the removal and relocation of some of light fixtures. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
