ANDERSON BLACK EAGLE - (SHELL & CORE) - To install a complete overhead with separate floor zoned, light hazard fire protection system in a new 32,640-ft/2, two story concrete floor, concrete tilt-up exterior walls, metal stud and roof office and retail shell and core building. This building is to be fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The first Floor: 15,950-ft/2, Second Floor: 16,690-ft/2. This is a shell and core permit only. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was permitted under FIR06-00168. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-03105.
