To demolish interior finishes and fixtures; to install new interior finishes and fixture's as indicated on approved plans. To upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems to meet tenant needs and maintain code compliance. This building is fully sprinklered with alarm system. All modifications to sprinkler or alarm require separate plans, applications and permits before any work on system is started.
