To provide audible notification throughout a multiple family dwelling with single station smoke detectors. The building scope of work is to complete a 2 story residential condominium located on the 4th and 5th stories of the Veltex Building. This unit will have a 2,050 square foot main level (includes the 451 square foot exterior terrace and the 160 square foot exterior terrace) and a 1,050 square foot 2nd level. The total floor area of this tenant space will be about 3,100 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior spiral stairway, interior guards, interior doors, a gas fireplace, and interior finishes. The entire main level is required to comply as a "Type B" dwelling unit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
