PLAZA 121-SUITE 402-VANILLA FINISH/FOURTH FLOOR - To install 23 SSP Q.R. sprinklers for the remodel a 2,332-ft/2 portion of the fourth floor for a future office tenant. This is a shell permit and separate permit may be required for tenant occupancy. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create reception area, office areas, common conference room area and installation of suspended ceiling system within Suite #402. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-01582.
