To provide notification in the TI space located on the first floor. FIR05-00033 (to upgrade the FA system in the entire building) shall be FINALED prior to this permit being finaled. On the approved fire alarm permit drawings for this permit, only revision #4 items are approved. The revision #3 is related to FIR06-000175 which is on HOLD until the building permits are issued to gain occupancies for these spaces. Therefore, the work for revision #3 items IS NOT APPROVED under this permit.
The associated building permit (BLD 06-01011) is to remodel an existing 400 square foot tenant space for a new retail sales tenant. This space is located on the 1st story of an historic building. Work is to include interior wall furring, insulation, millwork, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The restrooms that serve this tenant space are located in the basement and were constructed under permit BLD03-02412. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
