To provide sprinkler monitoring on new portion of building and manual pull stations at all exits (Not required, voluntary install on the manual pull stations). The existing required sprinkler monitoring system includes HVAC shutdown, elevator recall/shutdown, fire pump monitoring, damper control and selected notification (previously installed). Change in building scope, United Water will be utilized in lieu of the above ground water tank.

The building permit BLD05-02148 is to construct a 48,600 sq. ft. one story Type IIB warehouse addition to the west side of the existing building. Other work includes all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans DRH00-00241. This building is within the airport influence area. The building is fully fire sprinklered with an unlimited area designation. 60 foot open yards around the entire structure must be maintained. Storage racks over 8 feet will require separate plans and permits prior to installation. Separate plans and permits required for the above ground water tank used for fire flow.
