To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a new four bedroom, two and three quarter bathroom, 3749-ft/2 single story single family dwelling with a 2359-ft/2 main floor and a 1390-ft/2, FINISHED basement and an attached 912-ft/2 three car garage. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service, single line water supply, the system backflow prevention device (to be installed by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. kurt; Phone #: ###-#### I called 30 minutes before inspection and got no answer. Nobody at job site knew of kurt. Riser was not set up for flush either. Will need to be rescheduled.

Provide approval notes that accompany the approved plans, tenting is inadequate and needs modified in several locations, provide additional hangers on the 1 1/2" main in the west end of the basement, sidewall heads in the garage appear to be overspaced and provide as-built drawings and hydraulic calculations that include all of the piping changes and hydraulic calculation changes including the slope from the street to the riser
