To remodel a 940 sq.ft. area in the basement for a 608 sq ft office space and a 332 sq ft computer server room. Work to include construction of noncombustible partitions, relocation of a door, installation of ceiling and lighting, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkelerd ANY alterations to the sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Shiloh Automatic fire protection company to add two new SSP's and relocate / replace two existing drops. Also to add four new QR SSP's in ceiling in the corridor. This work is in extension of the work under FIR06-00290. This sprinkler work is associated to the BLD06-00522.
