DR. ROMAN SCHWARTSMAN MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING - To install a complete overhead wet and dry system in a new 9,900-ft/2, two story, metal frame and masonry orthopedic medical office building. This building will be fully fire sprinklered throughout the first floor parking garage, lobby, exit stairs and electrical room and the medical office on the second floor. This building is designed as non-separated uses. The First Floor: 5,000-ft/2 and the Second Floor: 4,900-ft/2. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was installed under separate permit FIR06-00303, of which both are attached to building permit: BLD06-00008.

AG hydrostatic test of the wet system failed due to approx. 9psi pressure loss and a leak at one location. The dry system gauge read below 200psi at the conclusion of the test. Also noted 24hr air test needs to be completed for the dry system.
