Associated Bldg permit is BLD06-1283 to remodel an existing 9,834 sq.ft. day care (pre-school) and add 88 sq. ft. to the lobby for new owner/operator per approved plans. Other work includes interior demo per plan, a new 6 x 6 22 foot high bell tower and new interior shear walls per approved plans. No conditional use is required per Scott Spjute, Zoning Mgr. Zoning certificate for design review changes submitted on 5/16/06.
