VANILLA FINISH - NO TENANT - SPECTRUM VIEW BLDG - STE 140 - To drop 17 sprinklers in the new ceiling of a 1,594-ft/2 "vanilla finish" (no tenant) space for a future tenant, located in the southwest corner of a vacant shell building. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy this space. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, two new restrooms. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
