UG - ELLSWORTH KINCAID CONST CORP RCE #6142 - Riverstone Community School (Gymnasium) - To stub out under the building footing, 6" C-900 PVC underground for the first phase of underground proposed in a new 10,650-ft/2, one story Type V-B fully fire sprinkled gymnasium building. Overhead and final underground will require a separate permit. This limited scope of work underground permit shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-01932.
