To construct a 2504 sq.ft. office tenant space located on the 2nd floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of partitions to create office spaces, breakroom/ work area small conference room and reception area, installation of suspended ceiling, installation of new lighting and related controls, installation of HVAC system and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Idaho Fire Protection to install 22 new 3/4" ordinary temperature SSP's to accomadate new walls and ceilings within tenant space.
