This permit is in conjuction with TI work under BLD06-0141 to creat a new TI space for LA VIE EN ROSE RESTAURANT. This building is fire sprinklered for story and height increase. To remodel a 3,561 square foot area on the 1st story of the Idanha building to be used as a restaurant (1,566 square foot kitchen/storage/office area, 1,502 square foot upper seating/bar area, 493 square foot lower seating area). Work is to include a grease hood and duct, kitchen equipment, interior nonbearing walls, millwork alterations, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
