(RCE-10862 DEVCON CONSTRUCTION) (BODO BLDG #4 - STORAGE AND HALLWAY) To construct a 506 square foot storage room on the 1st story of BoDo Building #4 and to construct a 212 square foot hallway to provide interior access from the existing common egress corridor to the existing electrical room. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and interior doors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
