(STEELWOOD FLEX CONDOS - BUILDING #2) This building is fire sprinklered for fire flow and for future story increase. To create a 1,412 square foot automobile repair garage within a 5,550 square foot, 1 story building. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 & 24 as regulated by the Fire Department. The proposed fire sprinkler design is solely for the intended tenancy of Boise City Police Department with a protection design for Ordinary Group 2 Occupancy Hazard use as a garage. The work begins @ 10'-0" out from the bldg. where an existing Under Ground gate valve is located. Run 10'-0" of 6" C900 into and stub up within a riser room of 1 hour rated construction.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is associated with building permit BLD06-00631.

The attic sprinkler heads are too close to the deck and a high temp pendant will be required above the unit heater. Hydro test failed due to loss of pressure and now the changes in the attic heads that is required.
