Work to include, installation of new exterior door under an existing header, remove full height wall and create 42 inch high guardrail, widen the existing stairs, relocate handrails as required, miscellaneous interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modification to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
