This project is to add audible visual notification and HVAC monitoring to an existing required manual fire alarm system in the new ReMax Mountain West Tenant Improvement space. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. Remodel of an existing 5,042 square foot tenant space for a new office tenant. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1 shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, lightweight concrete topping slab, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
