This project is to add audible visual notification and HVAC monitoring to an existing required manual fire alarm system in the new BODO 4 Dr Bruce and DR Ririe Tenant Improvement. (DENTAL OFFICE - 2ND STORY) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To construct a 2,329 square foot dental office on the 2nd story of an existing building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a shower accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, interior doors, a medical gas system, X-ray equipment, millwork, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
