To remodel an existing 1,254 sq.ft. retail space on the upper level of the existing covered mall per approved plans. Work to include, construction of a storefront system with new security grill, construction of an accessible restroom, construction of a new noncombustible partition, installation of new suspended ceiling system and related lighting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. Treasure Valley Fire Protection to install 17 new semi-recessed SSP's throughout the new tenant space and 3 new concealer type heads in the bulkhead entry.
