AGRI BEEF - SHORELINE OFFICE BLDG - 3RD FLR) To remodel a 9,656 sq.ft. office space located on the 3rd floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create a new test kitchen, break room, work room, reception area, and two conference rooms, installation of a type one hood system, to upgrade restrooms for accessibility compliance, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The scope of the sprinkler work includes adding 38 down heads into the new wall and ceiling layout affecting 3,500 ft/2 of the TI. The existing SSU heads shall be removed and the outlets plugged off. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
