STAPLES - New Retail Store) - To construct a new 20,000 square foot, one story office supply retail store and related site improvements. This building is constructed of masonry exterior wall with steel structural frame and roof joists with metal roof deck. The fire sprinkler scope of work is to install a new 8" underground service to the bldg. and provide overhead coverage through out the interior and at the store front overbuild. No storage in gondola racks over 8 ft. in height allowed under this permit.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. this permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-01554.
