This project includes the installation of a new fire alarm system in a new building. Application shows a required manual and automatic fire alarm detection system, Audible/Visual alarm annunciation, Sprinkler, HVAC, type I cooking hood, and releasing panel monitoring. Building permit BLD06-02108 is to construct a 9,488 sq. ft. restaurant with a fenced in storage/equipment area on the south side of the Boise Towne Square Mall. Building is a 9,488 sq. ft. one story Type IIB fully fire sprinkled with no openings into the existing mall building. Other work includes all site improvements, landscaping and paving per approved plans and attachments, DRH04-00219Mod # 2. Fire sprinklers are used for an unlimited area mall building. This building including the new addition is to maintain 60 foot open yards.
