Work to include, demolition of existing storefront, installation of new storefront system per attached engineering, installation of new suspended ceiling system and related lighting, installation of small walk-in cooler, installation of new sinks, installation of new HVAC system, installation of new counters and cabinets and miscellaneous related kitchen equipment. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. Any alterations to the fire sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
