Work to include, construction of interior nonbearing partitions to create work area, sales area, & new accessible restroom, instalation of new walk-in cooler, installation of new sinks and counters, installation of new lighting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *RMH* Idaho Fire Protection to add two SSP's, relocate one existing SSP and add one dry pendant in walk in cooler.
