This project is to add fire alarm audible visual devices and a NAC card to an existing NAC panel for a new tenant improvement in BODO Building 4 (Perison Law Offices TI) Building permit BLD06-01696 is to create a 1,798 square foot whole floor office tenant space on the 3rd story of the Historic Foster Building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
