This project is to extend an existing fire alarm SLC into a new remote gymnasium. The fire alarm work will include installation of a required manual alarm system, HVAC and sprinkler monitoring also the installation of notification appliances throughout common use and public areas. Building permit BLD06-00824 is to construct a 10,650 sq. ft. one story Type VB fully fire sprinkled gymnasium building. Other work includes all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans and attachments, CUP01-00068Mod 1, DRH05-00429. Bleachers require separate plans and permits. Construction in the existing easement is the responsibility of the owner.
