(FAST BUCKS - OVERLAND RETAIL PLAZA - STE 110) This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. To build-out 1st time tenant space of 1,360 sq.ft. per approved plans, to include red-lined comments and attached plan reviews of all reviewing agencies. Work includes construction of perimeter tenant walls; one fully accessible restroom and dividing partions separating back third of office from front; installation of suspended ceiling grid system, lighting, bi-level switching, HVAC RTU & ducts; accessible service counter, service sink and drinking fountain; interior cabinetry and all finishes; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire supression sprinklers and alarm. A Certificate of Occupancy is required for this tenant before they can legally occupy this space per Boise City adopted codes and ordinances. *drs* Shiloh Fire Protection to add/replace 12 SSP's from existing 1 inch outlets and install 3 new SSP's via mechanical tees. This work is to accomondate the new walls and ceilings within tenant space.
