This permit is to install a single duct smoke detector into the existing Fire Sprinkler Monitoring Panel in this new 1st time tenant improvement project. Work includes construction of perimeter tenant walls; one fully accessible restroom and dividing partions separating back third of office from front; installation of suspended ceiling grid system, lighting, bi-level switching, HVAC RTU & ducts; accessible service counter, service sink and drinking fountain; interior cabinetry and all finishes; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire supression sprinklers and alarm.
