The restrooms, the stairways, the elevator, the roof top mechanical units, and the corridor were all constructed under shell permit BLD05-03105. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, wall furring and insulation, suspended ceilings, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
