To remodel an existing 1245 sq ft office tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, selective interior demolition of nonbearing partitions, construction of interior nonbearing partitions to create individual office spaces, relocation of existing lighting and HVAC diffusers. The fire sprinkler scope of work includes adding 2 new down heads and relocating 4 existing to accommodate the TI. All work shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
