This permit is to install a fire alarm sprinkler monitoring system in a new building shell, including elevator fire alarm control functions and offsite supervising station monitoring. Building permit BLD06-00212 is to construct a new 19,285 square foot, two story retail and office shell building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of masonry and wood framed exterior walls and wood framed interior walls, floors and roof system. This is a shell building only. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction shall be per the approved plans. JCM
