To remodel within an existing 1,742 sq. ft. medical office area with exam rooms & treatment areas for pediatric oncology per approved plans. Work includes slect demolition and new non-combustible, fire-reisistive, wall construction, interior finishes, cabinetry and support areas for new office, exam, treatment and Nurse work / reception areas; to relocate existing light fixture's and HVAC diffusers to accomodate the new use layout of floor area; upgrade electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems for tenant needs and maintain compliance with adopted codes and ordinances.A certificate of compliance is required from the PDS Dept. as evidence of required inspections, compliance with plans and final approval by inspection agencies. Separate applications, plans, approval & permits are required before sprinkler and/or alarm modifications can be done, all as regulated by the fire department. drs
