Remodel an existing 2,113 sq.ft. tenant space for use as a print shop. Work includes selective interior demolition. New work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create private office, accessory sales and display area, open office, work area, and two new fully accessible restrooms and a drinking fountain all per the approved plans. To install suspended ceiling grid system, lateral bracing for walls, insulation, electrical, plumbing and mechanical upgrades and finishes, all to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances for all new work. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. NOTE: Separate applications, plans, approvals and permits are required before any sprinkler system or alarm system modifications or additions can begin, all as regulated by the fire depatment. WSFP to replace/relocate existing SSP's to accomodate new ceilings and related fixtures.
