OVERLAND RETAIL PLAZA - STE 140 - To install metal stud tenant demising walls, exterior perimeter furring stud insulated walls and two restrooms. These wall will define a new 2,380 square foot tenant space. This permit will also include installation of roof top mechanical equipment, ceiling grid and lighting. This is a vanilla finish and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate permit will be required to finish this tenant space for occupancy. The building shell was constructed under BLD05-02731. The tenant space is being completed for occupancy for the Huntington Learning Center under BLD06-02501. Shiloh Fire Prtotection to relocate and add upright sprinkler protection and SSP protection to accomodate new tenant maodifications to walls and ceilings.
