**(IBM)**(Quarry Building 2nd floor)** To remodel an existing 4353 sq ft office tenant space by reducing the existing area to 2,747 sq ft. per approved plans. Work to include, construction of a new tenant dividing partition, construction of new interior partitions to create three individual office spaces, relocation of exit access door and infill opening, relocation to HVAC diffusers and lighting in the existing suspended cieling system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT & shall be installed per NFPA #13. TVFP to install new QR SSP heads and relocate existing QR SSP's to accomodate tenant modifications to walls and ceilings.
