Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, a 2-hr vestibule at the existing 2-hr stairway enclosure, a restroom accessible to the disabled, a delayed egress lock, doors, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
