This fire alarm permit is to install an addressable fire alarm system in an apartment complex for sprinkler monitoring, residential apartment smoke detection and exterior building notification. Building Permit # BLD06-00074 is to construct a new 6,400 square feet, two story, four unit apartment building. The first floor is 3,608 square feet and 1,550 square feet of this area is for open parking garages. Each unit is two story and over 800 square feet in area. Unit "A" is three bedroom, two bath. Unit "B" is three bedroom, one and one/half bath. Unit "C" is two bedroom one and one/half bath. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R and is considered as part of building #2 for exterior wall and opening protection per IBC Section 704.3 Exception for one building.
