To remodel an existing 4,186 sq ft tenant space and incorporate an additional 2135 sq ft adjacent warehouse tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, construction of new nonbearing partitions to create breakroom / work area, create new opening and install new roll down door between the new and existing spaces, installation of janitors sink and drinking fountain (is optional this is an existing tenant space with no change to use or occupancy), installation of suspended ceiling system and related lighting in selective location, This building is fully fire sprinkered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
