This fire alarm permit is to install a fire sprinkler monitoring panel in a new apartment complex building and provide audible notification in each apartment and audible visual devices in an accessible apartment. Building Permit # BLD06-00994 is to construct a new 4,076 square feet, two story, eight unit apartment building with 579 square feet of covered entry porches. There are four units that are: one bedroom and one bath, there are four units that are: studio units with one bath. Each unit is less than 800 square feet.
