This fire alarm permit is to add one new chime strobe to a nurse station and relocate 3 existing chime strobes. Building Permit # BLD06-02168 is to remodel a portion of building known as "Building H" by modifying the nurses station and medical storage room per approved plans. Work to include, installation of two new openings in an existing CMU wall per engineering, new nurse station counters, new partition infill, installation of 20 minute rated doors and 45 minute rated window assemblies in an existing corridor that is to be maintained, installation of new accessible roll in shower, Miscellaneous related interior finishes.
