This permit is to provide sprinkler monitoring in a new shell building. No occupancy will be issued under this permit. Building permit # BLD06-00453 is to construct a new 12,000 square foot, one story, steel frame retail and restaurant shell building and related site improvements. This building will contain a future 3,480 square foot restaurant, a 600 square foot mechanical room and a future 7,920 square foot retail garden store. The garden store tenant improvement is being constructed concurrently with this shell building under building permit BLD06-00454.The future restaurant space will require a separate tenant improvement permit to finish for occupancy. This lot is within the floodplain area. An elevation certificate is required to be submitted to and approved by Jim Wyllie, Public Works Dept., prior to calling for a framing inspection. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list JCM.
