The sprinkler scope of work includes adding 164 down heads into a new wall and ceiling layout on the second floor to accommodate a new tenant space. This work shall be done in accordance with IFC 2003.
The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-02534.

The first floor tenant area piping rough-in has passed. The piping below the stairs and into the elevator has not been installed yet. See the plans for the areason the second floor that can be covered.

The second floor wet and dry systems were the only areas inspected today. Two uprights are blocked by duct and webbing. The uprights on the dry system need to be aligned with the slope of the roof deck and then there is the insulation issue that needs to be corrected. Also the branchline over the elevator shaft has not been installed.
